For Goodness Bakes offers all standard and custom flavors in "gluten friendly" versions. Six of our standard flavors are also available in "allergen friendly" versions, which are prepared without the nine most common food allergens. Any products labeled or sold as "gluten friendly" are made only with certified gluten free ingredients. Any products labeled or sold as "allergen friendly" follow the same guidelines as our gluten friendly cakes but are also prepared without tree nut or peanut ingredients.

For Goodness Bakes cleans and sanitizes all equipment and working areas prior to use for preparation of gluten friendly and allergen friendly products. Though every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, these products are prepared and handled in a kitchen that also handles wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. As such, consumers with extreme allergies should use caution.
