Custom Cakes
To order a custom cake, please contact me via email. To expedite the process, you may fill out a cake order form. I will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote.
Payment
For standard bakery cake flavors, you may fill out a Cake Order Form. Once you send your order form, I will contact you within 24 hours with a request for payment. Requests for payment are made through Stripe and are sent as a link to a secure site where you may pay with debit or credit card. The default method of sending this request is via text. If you would prefer to receive your request for payment via email, please specify on your Cake Order Form.

Alternatively, you may pay with Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle. To pay using any of these methods, please fill out the applicable fields on your Cake Order Form.

For custom cakes, you may pay through any of the methods mentioned above. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. If you must cancel your custom cake order, you may do so up to two weeks before your pickup date. Cancellations between two weeks and one week before your pickup date will receive half of your deposit back. Cancellations within one week of pickup will not be refunded. Any remaining balance is due at time of pickup.
Pickup and Delivery
Cakes may either be picked up at a designated pick-up location, or delivered for a fee.

Currently, we offer two pickup locations:

Pickup times for these locations are as follows:
Monday-Thursday 10:00am, 4:00pm, 7:00pm
Friday 10:00am, 4:00pm
Saturday 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, 7:00pm
Sunday 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm

You may select a pickup location and time at check-out. After placing an order, I will contact you with further pickup details.

If these pickup times and locations do not fit your needs, we also offer delivery within a 16 mile radius from Spring Valley High School. This includes locations in Downtown Columbia, Blythewood, Elgin, and Forest Acres. The flat-rate fee for delivery is $15. To have your order delivered, simply select the "delivery" option at check-out and add your delivery address.

Please note: If a day is available for pickup/delivery, then that day will display the word "available."
If it is pickup or delivery is not available for that day, then the date will be blank.
